Ashley's mission is to help ease suffering on the planet. As a Psychedelic Integrationist, Ashley supports individuals in making sense of and integrating their psychedelic experiences into their daily lives. She specializes in helping clients navigate the profound insights and emotions that can arise from psychedelic journeys and microdosing, ensuring these experiences contribute positively to their personal growth and well-being.
Ashley is Certified in Psychedelic Therapies and Integration from Vital, Psychedelics Today. In addition, she is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master, End of Life Doula, Yoga Teacher and Addiction Recovery Coach. Her approach to any healing practice is customized to the individual and she takes a holistic approach with her clients to process experiences deeply; body, mind and spirit.
Her work is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and integrate the insights gained into their lives.
