Volunteers & Mentorship
Want to learn with us? Here's how...
The Aurum Volunteers & Mentorship program gives participants who have attended ceremony with us the chance to continue their education and training by offering support to others while receiving teachings from our facilitators.
See the information below to apply to be a volunteer or mentorship applicant.
How to apply
To apply for the Volunteers & Mentorship program, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out a Volunteers & Mentorship application.
See below for application.
Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you to discuss upcoming retreats for you to attend.
2. Sign up for an upcoming retreat with Aurum.
We believe that the best way to understand the healing power of medicine, and to see if Aurum is a good fit for you as a student, is to sit with us in ceremony. By going through our entire process as a participant, we get to see each other at a level essential to this type of work.
Scholarships available by clicking here.
3. Attend an Aurum retreat as a participant and/or scholarship helper.
4. Receive a placement as a volunteer or mentor on an upcoming retreat.
After you sit in ceremony with us, if you love your experience and still want to volunteer or be part of our mentor program, we would love to discuss the best placement for you that fit your goals and develop a mentorship plan.
Note: Aurum carefully reviews and considers all requests for volunteers and mentorships. Applications will be reviewed by our selection committee, and applicants will be notified via email. The deadline for applications is three weeks prior to retreat start date. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. We look forward to receiving your application and helping you unlock your potential through this life-changing experience. Good luck!
*We encourage applicants to complete the form thoughtfully and honestly. The selection committee will use these responses to evaluate each applicant's suitability to train with us, so it's essential that applicants provide a genuine reflection of their desire for personal growth.
