We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an Aurum retreat.

Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Cancellation before first prep session:

If you cancel your booking before the first prep session, you are eligible for a refund of half the amount paid. The remaining half of the amount will be credited to your account for future use towards any of our retreats or services.

Cancellation after first prep session:

If you cancel your booking after the date of the first prep session or first 1-on-1 session, you will receive a credit for the full amount paid. This credit can be applied towards any of our future retreats or services.

No Refunds or Credits Within Two Weeks of the Retreat:

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within two weeks of the start date of the retreat. We understand that last-minute changes may occur, but due to the advanced preparations required for our retreats, we are unable to offer refunds or credits within this timeframe. Transfers to another participant may be requested and will be granted depending on circumstances. To request a transfer, please contact healing@aurumretreats.com.
